New year, new changes, new chances, your dreams starting a new chapter. This amazing book called life is always very interesting. Offering days in which we lose ourselves in the music and some in the lyrics.
As we reflect - it's easy to realize that your life will only grow to the extent you do. So you must work on yourself harder than you do on anything else. Compassionate self awareness leads to change. While harsh self criticism only holds the pattern in place, creating a defensive basic self. Be gentle with yourself as you would with a child. Be gentle but firm, and give yourself the space needed to grow.
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. This is why mentoring others grows you as much as it grows them. When you empower people, you’re not just influencing just them, you're also indirectly influencing the people they influence. It's a contagious chain reaction. You both start to ensure you watch your thoughts, for they become your words – they truly do just fall out and become actions. Being able to manage your words will manage your actions. By taking the time to consider and judge your actions you are creating the path for your habits. Acknowledging your habits, and owning them… will show your values. As you then understand and embrace your values …. you will see them compound into your destiny.
It's not about perfection, it's about effort - and when you bring that effort every single day, that’s where transformation happens. That’s how change occurs. Consistency in the things that bring well being spiritually, mentally and emotionally. You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestation of your own blessings. Become in sync with the powerful, euphoric, magical, synchronistic beautiful parts of life and the universe will keep giving them to you. Revive your light, realize your worth, you have greatness in you. You create your future with the power of your intention. Change agents are everywhere in the world, if only we allow them the freedom to dream and we act with them. Ignore nonsense, talk less, learn new skills, help less fortunate, laugh, dance, wake up early, carry no sense of entitlement. Be the change you want to see in the world.
May the Forza be with you every day - Happy New Year!
