What an incredibly humbling and inspiring Annual Awards Luncheon with Keller Williams Premier Realty today!
We dove into the 2017 numbers for all brokerages in the area. Within those metrics, Keller Williams Premier Realty was ranked the dominant brokerage in the Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and Missouri City markets. The second ranked brokerage was our neighbor office, Keller Williams Signature making Keller Williams itself the dominating brokerage for all of these areas!
Working under the leadership of the KW Premier office alongside Terri Montgomery and her amazing staff has successfully forged the path for us to build our business worth owning and our lives worth living.

2017 was truly a year of God, Family, Business, as is the KW model. All this means was that we were the number one team to many families, starting with each of our own. Fabiola, Maxiel, and Sara all had the opportunity to travel several times throughout the year with loved ones, we ensured Sundays were respected family days, and we saw major improvement in our children’s charisma and grades in school.
We maintained a five star rating from all of the families we helped throughout the year and are forever grateful for their trust in us as they’ve taken the next steps in their journeys.
We were also fortunate enough to have funded several vision board items for each of us (such as dream cars, vacations, computers, shoes, plenty of spa days, a major client appreciation event and Lord knows how many lunches full of bonding & laughter).
We say all of this not to impress you, however to impress UPON you that hard work tells no lies and when you respect the sequence of God, Family, Business - everything else falls into place.
