Happy Thanksgiving!
"YES - T.H.A.N.K.S.G.I.V.I.N.G and 2023 is right around the corner. How you ask - who knows - most of us are stuck in March of 2020 when the sky was falling, at least our brains are HA! In the last two years home equity surged as rates went down, the opportunity for homeownership became possible to so many and also allowed many to move up and now it's starting to stabilize. It has surely been a whirlwind of a year as now the curve that we are trying to flatten is the inflation one. The only good news is that oil is up which Texas needed the relief from - can you see how we cannot make everyone happy ? The only ones that can make us happy are ourselves - by doing the things we love, by being present and ensuring our communities and families are in our forefront. Impact where we can the most - immediately around us. So thank you - thank you for allowing us to be part of your world and story. Each of you form a slice of happiness and relationships that we value - especially since we get to bring that energy home to our families. Our eldest has been hearing your stories for years now and I know that everyone’s warrior story is within him and will carry him on as he takes on the world. On the other hand little Hector just wants anything that involves PLAY or french fries and keeps our house jumping! As we head into closing our 2022 chapter - take time to look back and count your blessings, love on your partners and children and wrap up more of your goals for the win. Dance these holidays - with love" -Fab
"It seems these days that time is flying by faster and faster with each passing year and here we are again already well on our way to the close of 2022 and looking forward to what 2023 will bring. 2022 has been a monumental year in so many ways, for the real estate industry, for our team and for myself personally. I am immensely grateful for every person that has played a role in writing my 2022 chapter. While the real estate industry has been a roller coaster this year, I can’t thank each of you enough for your trust as together, we’ve navigated the rapidly changing climate and obstacles to homeownership. As a family, we got to travel, build new traditions & memories, and watch our girl grow from a baby into a full blown sassy little human which has been absolutely incredible but I need time to SLOW DOWN! As we embark on the holidays, I pray that each of you will take the time to slow down from all of the ‘to-do’ lists and the hustle and bustle and soak in the love and warmth that comes with the season & quality time with loved ones. These moments are irreplaceable & they mean absolutely everything." -Sara
"I came to Forza and Keller Williams looking for a place to land after a productive career as a public librarian, looking for a new direction. I am grateful to have found such a talented and supportive team in the exciting field of real estate! While the learning curve has been…invigorating… and is still ongoing, I am loving all the new insight and expertise I am accruing as I continue to grow under the awesome mentorship of Fab and Sara. While there has been much that is new, 2022 has also been a year of rediscovery and re-commitment as I continue to work toward completing the Graphic Design degree I started in 1988. Another “re” word to describe 2022 is “re-launch:” my wife, Gracie, has been able to revive her pilot car business following a catastrophic collision in 2020 – now she is gone for days at a time seeing all of the highways and byways of Texas and Louisiana. We are both (along with pups Mimi and Xena) looking forward to what 2023 will bring and have no doubt that the best is yet to come!" -Jenny
